During proceedings, the Committee agreed to write to the Welsh Government in respect of scrutiny procedures for Welsh statutory instruments. The Counsel General also committed to share with the Committee further details about exploratory work the Welsh Government is undertaking in respect of the partial annulment of subordinate legislation.

The Committee considered a draft submission to the Business Committee in relation to its review of the Public Bill and Members Bill processes, and agreed to consider it again at a future meeting.
