Legislation (Procedure, Publication and Repeals) (Wales) Act 2025

About the Bill

The Bill will:

The Counsel General (PDF 152KB) wrote to the Presiding Officer on 17 June 2025 to indicate that she would not be referring the Bill to the Supreme Court under section 112 of the Government of Wales Act 2006.

The Finance Committee considered the financial implications of the Bill on 23 October 2024 and wrote to the Counsel General and Minister for Delivery on 5 November 2024 requesting further information on the costs provided in the Regulatory Impact Assessment.
