6.1 The Committee considered the Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum No. 3 on the Sustainable Aviation Fuel Bill.

6.2 The Committee agreed to amend the draft report to take account of its views on Memorandum No. 3 and for those amendments to be agreed outside of committee to ensure the reporting deadline could be met.
