Renewable energy generation in Wales
The Climate Change, Environment, and Infrastructure Committee (“the Committee”) has agreed to undertake a short piece of work on renewable energy generation in Wales.
The Committee will consider the outcome of the Welsh Government’s Deep Dive into Renewable Energy, and other related issues.
In order to inform its work, the Committee held oral evidence sessions with stakeholders on Thursday 3 March 2022.
The Committee also received written evidence from stakeholders and these have been published.
The Committee published its report on Renewable energy in Wales on 26 May 2022.
The Welsh Government responded to the Committee's report on 11 July 2022, you can view the response here.
A debate was held in plenary on Wednesday 19 October.
