8.2 The Committee noted that the previous Health, Social Care & Sport Committee had undertaken some work following publication of the initial joint Audit Wales and Health Inspectorate Wales Report in 2019 and its successor Committee is aware of this update Report. The Committee also noted the on-going work being undertaken to address the issues raised and that Audit Wales plan to undertake a further follow-up study in 12-18 months.
