Minutes:

1.1         The Chair welcomed the Members to the meeting.

1.2         The Chair wished Dr Simon Brooks all the best as he receives cancer treatment, and thanked him for his contribution to the Committee’s ongoing Welsh language inquiry.

1.3         The Chair paid tribute to Claire O’Shea who passed away on Monday. Claire was due to give evidence during this Committee meeting, and the Chair announced that a minute’s silence, and further tributes would take place ahead of the day’s second evidence session.
