On 13 December 2024, the First Minister confirmed to the Committee for the Scrutiny of the First Minister that she intends to publish an International Strategy Delivery Plan (ISDP) in “early 2025”. The ISDP will:

1. replace plans for the anticipated refresh of the International Strategy; and

2. set out the International Strategy’s remaining activities for delivery in the rest of the Sixth Senedd.

The Committee will consider the anticipated ISDP before proceeding to take further evidence for this inquiry in the Summer term.
