Minutes:

1.1         The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.

1.2         Apologies were received from Llyr Gruffydd MS for the remainder of the summer term and Heledd Fychan MS substituted.

1.3         In the absence of the Chair, Heledd Fychan MS was elected temporary Chair for this meeting and the remainder of the summer term, in accordance with standing order 17.22

1.4         In accordance with Standing Order 17.24A, Huw Irranca-Davies MS, and Heledd Fychan MS made declarations of relevant interests.
