1.1        The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting.

1.2        Apologies were received from Luke Fletcher MS for item 3. Llyr Gruffydd MS attended as a substitute.

1.3        Luke Fletcher MS and Llyr Gruffydd MS declared they were members of the British Veterinary Association. Luke Fletcher MS declared that he sits on sub groups of the Tata Steel UK Transition Board.
