Minutes:

1.1 In accordance with Standing Order 17.22 the Committee elected Sam Rowlands MS as temporary Chair for today's meeting and the remaining two meetings of term.

Introductions, apologies, substitutions, and declarations of interest

Minutes:

2.1         The Temporary Chair welcomed Members to the fully remote meeting.

2.2         The Temporary Chair confirmed that Joyce Watson MS would substitute in his place should his connection fail at any point during the meeting.

2.3         Apologies were received from Russell George MS, Gareth Davies MS attended as a substitute.
