Academic research: Oral update

Minutes:

The Committee received an oral update on academic research it had commissioned on the progress made towards implementing the recommendations of the Commission on Justice in Wales. The Committee noted that Dr Robert Jones, from Cardiff University’s Wales Governance Centre would be undertaking the research, the outcomes of which the Committee would consider in due course.

Committee update and forward look: Oral update

The Committee received an update on its forward work plan. The Committee decided to agree its draft report on the British Sign Language Bill, and its draft report on the Prohibition of Greyhound Racing (Wales) Bill, outside of Committee.
