compensation for victims of the infected blood scandal, in so far as they fall
within the legislative competence of the Senedd, should be considered by the UK
Parliament. A

specified victim support roles; clauses 28 - 33 and 35 - 39 victims of major
incidents, in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the
Senedd, should be considered by the UK Parliament. A
