1.1        The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.

1.4        Huw Irranca-Davies declared an interest as he is Chair of the European Advisory Group. Mr Irranca-Davies agreed to absent himself from asking questions that related to this role.

6.1 Members agreed to respond to the First Minister to confirm their commitment to co-operation in order to ensure that Ministers are able to attend Committee when necessary.

·         Iceland-Norway trade continuity agreement

·         UK-Belarus Agreement concerning International Motor Vehicle Carriage

7.2 Members agreed to write to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to seek a clarification of his statement on responsibility for forestry policy within the UK.
