Chair welcomed Members. There were no apologies. Under
Standing Order 17.24 Llyr Gruffydd AM declared he was an Honorary President of
the Council for Wales of Voluntary Youth Services (CWVYS) and Member of a
Governing Body. Hefin Davies AM declared he was a member of Caerphilly County
Borough Council. |

Committee scrutinised Estyn on their Annual Report. They agreed to provide the
