2.1 The Members questioned Dr Roisin Willmott from the Royal Town Planning Institute as part of the Committee’s inquiry into the Effectiveness of Local Planning Authorities in Wales.

3.1 The Members questioned representatives from the Welsh Local Government Association as part of the Committee’s inquiry into the Effectiveness of Local Planning Authorities in Wales.

PAC(5)-06-20 Paper 2 – Scrutiny of Accounts 2018-19: Assembly Commission’s Response

4.1 The Committee considered and noted the Assembly Commission’s response to the Scrutiny of Accounts 2018-19.

4.2 It was agreed that the Chair will write to the Commission seeking further clarity as to why the two Recommendations were rejected.

7.1 The Committee considered the results of the survey into Waste Management and noted that they will be fed, along with the evidence the Committee received, into the Welsh Government’s consultation on waste management.
