3.1 Members discussed the response from the Minister for Health and Social Services and agreed to consider his further updates in June and September. The Committee will return to this issue in the autumn following the AGW’s planned memorandum on the progress made on reducing the claims deficit and the launch of the revised framework.

EU structural funding: Briefing from the Wales Audit Office

5.1 Members received a briefing from the Wales Audit Office on EU structural funding.

 

5.2 It was agreed that the Chair will write to the Welsh Government seeking a response to the WAO report.

 

5.3 On receipt of the response, the Committee will consider whether it will undertake an inquiry into this issue.

6.2 It was agreed that the Chair will write to the Welsh Government seeking a response to the WAO report.
