2.1 The witnesses responded to questions from members of the Committee on energy policy and planning in Wales.

2.2 Llewelyn Rhys agreed to consult members of the Committee in drafting a protocol for Wales on consulting with communities as part of the development plans for energy projects, including community benefits.

2.3 Piers Guy agreed to provide details of information on community benefits for the projects that Nuon Renewables has been involved with.  

2.4 The Committee agreed to invite the witnesses to attend a further evidence session.

3.1 The Minister for Environment and Sustainable Development and his officials responded to questions from members of the Committee.

3.2 The Minister agreed to provide additional information on anaerobic digestion and a breakdown of the costs involved in the creation of a single environment body.
