Inquiry into Energy - Scoping paper and draft terms of reference Supporting documents: Minutes: 2.1 The Committee voted on the proposal that its first inquiry would be on Energy. The vote was 8 for the proposal, 1 against and 1 Member did not vote. 2.2 The Committee considered the draft terms of reference and discussed some amendments. 2.3 The Committee agreed that revised draft terms of reference should be circulated for Members’ agreement by email. |

Environment and Sustainability Committee - Ways of Working Supporting documents: Minutes: 3.1 The Committee voted on a proposal to establish two task and finish groups; one to consider the Common Agriculture Policy and the other to consider the Common Fisheries Policy. The vote was 5 for the proposal, 4 against and 1 Member did not vote . 3.2 The Committee agreed that Members’ would notify the Clerk of their preferences regarding membership of the task and finish groups.
