Write to the Environment and Sustainability Committee to seek details of the terms of reference of the task and finish group that will be set up to look at the process of sales of this kind.

Write to Severn Trent Water seeking an update on meetings they have held with the local community.

Write to the Minister for the Environment and Sustainable Development to seek his view on the sale process and ask how he intends to monitor any environmental issues that may arise as a result of the sale.

Write to the Minister for Business and Enterprise to seek her view on the sale process and ask how she intends to monitor any economic issues that may arise as a result of the sale.
