Write to the Minister for the Environment and Sustainable Development to seek his view on the sale process and ask how he intends to monitor any environmental issues that may arise as a result of the sale.

Write to the Minister for Business and Enterprise to seek her view on the sale process and ask how she intends to monitor any economic issues that may arise as a result of the sale.

The Committee agreed to consider the latest correspondence from the petitioner at its next meeting.
