·         the Minister for Housing and Regeneration;

·         the Welsh Language Commisioner, seeking their views on the petition; and 

·         the Chair of the Environment and Sustainability Committee highlighting the petition in advance of the introduction of the forthcoming Planning (Wales) Bill.

·         seek the outstanding responses from Health Boards who have not yet responded to the Committee’s original letter.
