During proceedings, the Committee agreed to write to the Welsh Government in respect of scrutiny procedures for Welsh statutory instruments. The Counsel General also committed to share with the Committee further details about exploratory work the Welsh Government is undertaking in respect of the partial annulment of subordinate legislation.
