Subordinate legislation subject to specific requirements - Fourth Assembly
Subordinate
legislation will be made by the Welsh Ministers and will be subject to either
affirmative resolution procedure, negative resolution procedure, or no
procedure. The parent Act or Measure will specify the appropriate procedure.
A very small proportion of subordinate legislation is subject to specific procedures set out in the Act or Measure that contains the power to make it. This includes legislation subject to a ‘super-affirmative’ procedure.
