Tributes to Lord Dafydd Elis-Thomas

The Llywydd made a statement paying tribute to Lord Dafydd Elis-Thomas, the institution’s first Presiding Officer, and asked the Senedd to observe a minute’s silence. The First Minister, party leaders and other Members were then called to speak.
