Supporting Ukrainians in Wales

Following the publication of the Auditor General for Wales’s report, Supporting Ukrainians in Wales in March 2024, and the subsequent response from the Welsh Government, the Public Accounts and Public Administration Committee agreed to undertake an inquiry into the support provided to Ukrainian refugees in Wales.

Oral evidence session

On Wednesday 6 November 2024 the Committee held an oral evidence session with senior Welsh Government officials.

Written evidence

On 4 June 2024, the Committee wrote to the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) inviting them to provide written evidence to inform this inquiry. A response was received on 1 July 2024.
