Scrutiny of Accounts – Welsh Government 2022-23

The Public Accounts and Public Administration Committee considers the Annual Report and Accounts of the Welsh Government.

The Committee held an evidence session with Welsh Government officials on 20 March 2024 to scrutinise their Annual Report and Accounts 2022-23.

The Committee wrote to the Permanent Secretary following the session on 20 March 2024 in relation to a number of issues that arose from the meeting. The Permanent Secretary responded to the Committee on 15 April 2024 and the Committee considered the response at its meeting on 25 April 2024.

The Committee laid its report on Tuesday 17 December 2024. The Welsh Government responded to the Committee’s report on 10 February 2025; Committee members discussed the response at its meeting on 19 February 2025.
