While many are struggling to feed and heat themselves, politicians in Cardiff Bay are demanding that we taxpayers fund an extra 36 expensive Senedd Members, their additional staff and associated trappings of power.

Status

This petition was considered completed by the Petitions Committee at its meeting on 11/09/2023.

The Committee considered the petition and noted that legislation on this issue is expected shortly, and a Senedd Committee will be established to scrutinise it. In light of this Members agreed to close the petition and thank the petitioner.
