Review of proxy voting

The Business Committee undertook a review of proxy voting arrangements during Plenary proceedings.

In March 2023, following an internal consultation, Business Committee published a report recommending changes to Standing Orders that would seek to expand and make the provisions permanent.

The Senedd agreed those changes on 29 March 2023.
