Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the UK Government, the Welsh Government, Senedd Cymru and Ofcom

At its meeting of 18 January 2022, the Business Committee considered a letter from the Deputy Minister for Arts and Sport and the Deputy Minister for Climate Change, on a review of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the UK Government, the Welsh Government, Senedd Cymru and Ofcom.

Business Committee agreed to refer the draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to the Climate Change, Environment, and Infrastructure Committee and the Culture, Communications, Welsh Language, Sport, and International Relations Committee for consideration and comment. The timescale for consideration of the draft MOU is to be agreed.
