Text of Petition:
We are asking the Welsh
Government to introduce greener 'bee-friendly' bus stops across Wales and to
commit to making 10% of bus stops bee-friendly over the next five years.
Additional Information:
This rewilding project
will help protect vital bee populations, make a small contribution to the fight
against climate change and expand local ecosystems, increasing biodiversity.
The installation of
bee-friendly bus stops, with garden roofs, can also store rainwater, improve
air quality and bring an aesthetic aspect to the roadscape of the communities
of Wales.
