Text of Petition:
We're asking the Welsh
Government to design a geographically-based Universal Basic Income (UBI) that
includes children, the employed, the unemployed and pensioners, as well as care
leavers.
This will allow the Welsh
Government and the general public to understand how the policy would impact
Wales if it were rolled out tomorrow.
