The EU Settlement Scheme
Background
Following the UK’s exit from the European Union, European citizens who were living in Wales before 31 December 2020 had until 30 June 2021 to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme in order to stay.
Monitoring work
The Equality and Social Justice Committee will monitor the implementation of the scheme and provide regular updates on this page.
The Committee published its first annual report on 25 July 2022.
