Student Finances

The Auditor General for Wales published this Report in August 2021. The work undertaken as part of this review informed some of the content of the Auditor General’s 2019-20 Welsh Government accounts commentary.

This report provides a factual overview of the student finances system and spending and consider in more detail how the Welsh Government oversees performance.

The Public Accounts & Public Administration Committee considered this Report in Autumn 2021 and will discuss with the Welsh Government as part of the Scrutiny of the Accounts 2020-21.
