Fifth Senedd Legacy – Legislation, Justice and Constitution Committee

As the Fifth Senedd drew to a close, the Legislation, Justice and Constitution Committee reflected on and assessed the work it undertook between 2016 and 2021, with the aim of highlighting some of the issues the Sixth Senedd and its successor Committee may wish to consider. The Committee’s legacy work also provided a narrative on its two outstanding inquiries on Wales’ Changing Constitution and Making Justice Work in Wales.

The Committee published its Fifth Senedd Legacy Report on 31 March 2021.
