Petition wording:

Due to the rising amount of irresponsible dog owners allowing their dogs to approach intimidate and endanger members of the public and their children and pets whilst off leads in public places i propose all dogs be legally required to be under leashed control in public places or places that are accessible to the public their leashed animals and children.
