Public participation in Waste Recycling

The Committee noted that the Wales Audit Office published a report on Public Participation in waste recycling on 16 February 2012.

The report found that the rate of public participation in recycling is increasing, but that there remain substantial barriers to both the implementation of the national strategy and the measurement of performance that will hinder further longer-term improvements.
