Fast food packaging is a major contributor to littering in the streets of our communities.

We believe printing the vehicle registration on all drive through fast food packaging will help reduce this costly blight.

Status

This petition was considered completed by the Petitions Committee at its meeting on 01/11/2021.

The Committee agreed that it was unclear what further actions could be taken on this issue, noting that there are some actions from the Government to tackle the underlying problem. It therefore agreed to thank the petitioner and close the petition.
