Text of Petition:                     

There is a pattern throughout Wales where new owners are changing their house names into English.

Additional Information:

There is no need to go far to find the evidence!

Little by little, the country is losing its heritage.

This must be stopped for the sake of future generations, whatever their language.

Status

This petition was considered completed by the Petitions Committee at its meeting on 02/03/2021.

The Committee considered the correspondence received and, in light of the Plenary debate held on the subject, the scrutiny being applied by another Senedd committee and the imminent end of this Senedd, Members agreed to close the petition and thank the petitioner.
