Text of Petition:                     

Give local authorities discretion to award small business rates relief grant to businesses who pay rates through their rent, giving them the same support as all other businesses.

Additional Information:

The English Conservative Government released that businesses whose rates were collected through rent were being failed so they addressed it by giving local authorities discretion to award the grant and help save them. So far the Welsh Labour Government refuse to do this.
