Legislative Consent: Census (Return Particulars and Removal of Penalties) Bill

This is a matter where the consent of the Senedd is sought by the UK Government to legislate on an issue which could normally fall within the competence of the Senedd.

The Equality, Local Government and Communities Committee published its report (PDF, 80KB) on the LCM on Monday 24 June 2019.

The Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee published its report (PDF, 90KB) on the LCM on 24 June 2019.
