Reducing plastic waste
The Climate Change, Environment and Rural Affairs Committee undertook an inquiry into the ways in which consumers and producers could be incentivised to reduce the use and increase recycling of single-use plastic items.
The Committee received written evidence from stakeholders and these have been published.
The Committee published (PDF 488KB) its report on policies and proposals relating to plastic pollution and packaging waste on 10 June 2019. The Welsh Government responded (PDF 419KB) on 12 August 2019.
