Twelve months ago, the Economy, Infrastructure and Skills Committee of the National Assembly for Wales undertook an inquiry in to the impact of the Apprenticeship Levy in Wales. As part of our work, we recommended that the Committee should review the impact after the levy had been in place for (nearly) a year.
