NDM6129 Plaid Cymru debate

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales;

1. Endorses the Paris Agreement of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change as a step on the path to a zero-carbon Wales.

2. Calls on the Cabinet Secretary for Environment and Rural Affairs to take this message to the Marrakech Climate Change Conference in November 2016.
