Petition Wording

We, the residents of Penderyn have signed the below petition to express our desire that Fibre Optic Broadband be installed in our village. The use of this service will transform our community, enhancing us the users in our social use of the internet as well as those who work within the village either in local business or those who work from home.

Status

This petition was considered completed by the Petitions Committee at its meeting on 27/06/2017.

The Committee considered correspondence from the Minister for Skills and Science and agreed to close the petition on the basis that rollout of fibre optic broadband is scheduled to be completed shortly, and that specific issues can be raised directly with the Welsh Government using the contact information provided by the Minister.
