Innovation Advisory Council for Wales

The Enterprise and Business Committee scrutinised the joint Chairs of the newly created Innovation Advisory Council for Wales.  The Council consisted of representatives from Government, Higher Education and Business.  The Committee sought to monitor their progress on helping to deliver the objectives of Innovation Wales – the Welsh Government’s innovation strategy.  The Committee also sought greater clarity on their role in advising the Welsh Government on a broad range of innovation matters to help grow and sustain Wales’ economy and improve the wealth and wellbeing of the people of Wales.
