Reforming Local Government
The
White Paper ‘Reforming Local Government’ was the Welsh Government’s statement
of intent about the future of Local Government. The consultation on the White
Paper ended on 1 October 2014. Subsequently the Government introduced
the Local
Government (Wales) Bill which was enacted in November 2015.
