that the UK Government's proposed Wales Bill falls short of offering comparable
powers as those available to, or on offer to Scotland.

the Research Briefing: 'Wales and the EU: What does the vote to leave the EU
mean for Wales?' and believes that following the withdrawal of the UK from the
EU, provisions should be made to ensure that all legislation giving effect to
EU Directives or Regulations pertaining to areas such as environmental
protection, workers' rights, food safety and agriculture are retained in UK and
Welsh law unless they are actively repealed by the relevant Parliament.
