Purpose of the consultation
The
Economy,
Infrastructure and Skills Committee undertook a very targeted
consultation asking key stakeholders for their views on the effectiveness of the Welsh Government’s
new Rail Franchise and Metro contract with KeolisAmey and its early implementation, in operating and
developing the Wales and Borders rail service and South Wales Metro (working in
partnership with Transport for Wales).
