EVENT: Senedd Elections 2026: Perspectives from Outside Wales

Description: In this Lecture Sarah Childs and Rosie Campbell reflect on the 2026 Senedd elections, what they might portend for Wales and beyond. The lecture will start with reflections from Edinburgh and London considering the Senedd elections within the wider electoral landscape, and within British politics more generally. They will discuss the work undertaken to reform the Senedd, including legislative gender quotas and jobshare.

Open to the public: Attendance at the event is by invitation only however the Senedd and the Pierhead will remain accessible to the public during our normal opening hours.
