EVENT: Carer Aware Project Stand-Innovation for carers in health and social care

Description: The Carer Aware project is transforming the recognition, respect and support that unpaid carers receive in health and social care in Wales. Carers Wales and Carers Trust Wales, who are working together to deliver the project, invite MSs, staff and the public to learn about the project's resources, training and the impact this is having for carers across Wales who do so much to care for people who are ill, older or disabled.
Open to the public: Attendance at the event is by invitation only however the Senedd and the Pierhead will remain accessible to the public during our normal opening hours.
