Description: November 14th notes World Diabetes Day: the agreed world-recognized day set by the UN for diabetes. During the event, following the Cross-Party Group on Diabetes inquiry, Jayne Bryant MS, the Chair, will share a report on the two themes of the day, Access to Diabetes Care in Wales and Education of Diabetes to Protect tomorrow. The event will also note the new Quality Statement for Diabetes with an opportunity for the Welsh Government to highlight its work to improve the care and education of diabetes in Wales.
Open to the public: The event will take place outside our normal opening hours therefore attendance will be by invitation only.
